Idk when or how this exactly came about but there's been a rumor floating around the internet for like two years now that Hyperion is gay (or bi). Given to date marvel hasn't announced a gay-lead ANAD book can you confirm or deny this rumor?

We haven’t seen anything regarding Hyperion yet to support this rumor.
I think I know why. Because when Thor and Hyperion were in the Savage Land teaching the Zebra Boys how to be, well, children. And people thought that Hyperion could be gay because, I think of two things:
1) He didn’t have a family on his original home world; and
2) some combination of shipping Thor and Hyperion, and Hyperion being pretty asexual in Hickman’s run, and the fact that he was a guy, teaching young children, so obviously he couldn’t be straight.
In my head-canon, I would consider Hyperion to be asexual. I don’t know if I would say that he would be more attractive to men than women, but I wouldn’t be opposed to that being confirmed. I actually think he works better without a romantic relationship, TBH.
